Possible Tongue Appearance:

Red or dusky tongue with a yellow coat

Zhi Shi (Fructus Immaturus Citri Aurantii)   
Bai Shao (Radix Albus Paeoniae Lactiflorae)
Zhi gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae)
